Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a full-time, focused and highly organized individual to join our dynamic culture and assist with day-to-day customer service and sales functions. The ideal candidate will be bright, focused and organized, with a superior level of professionalism. The candidate should be both analytical and creative with exceptional attention to detail and possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, an aptitude towards teamwork, as well as, a sense of resourcefulness and diplomacy are required.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbally
• Maintains customer records by updating account information.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Buisness Development Manager

The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients, They must then plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince these organisations to do business with the company. They must develop a rapport with new clients, and set targets for sales and support that will continually improve the relationship. They are also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new products and support services to clients.

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
• Plan approaches and pitches
• Handling company's Distribution in assigned Market within the assigned Geograoghy
• Build relationships with new clients
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships
• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the sales team
• Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, products and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
• Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new products, services and distribution channels
• Prepare Reports and Plans to the HeadQuater During the First Week of Every Month
• Attend industry functions, such as book fairs and seminars, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
• Willing to build a long-term relationship & Respond promptly to customers and dealer's inquiries
• Able to communicate clearly, both written and verbally
• Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company
• Ability to handle sales representaives
• Must be willing to travel.
